Anyone have any of these inexpensive cards? They advertise them at Best Buy and Futureshop at a really good price and they are supposed to be Class 10 but I've never heard of them and the price makes me wonder if they are truly a good deal or just cheap crap.

Anyone have some?

Never heard of them and wouldn't buy them. Sometimes "you get what you pay for" is a good adage.

Get Sandisk if what you shoot is important.

A lot of times the generic brand cards are just re-branded and come from the same factory as other better know ones.... but unless you want to take a chance or you know more about the background I would just stick to lexar / sandisk. I've had a couple different budget brand cards screw up on me and get corrupted, it's not worth it.

I use the cheap cards for mp3 players and stuff because I can just reformat and fill it again on the rare chance that it would get corrupted. In a camera, I don't take the risk anymore

Yes, often from the 'reject' bin of the better known company.

 well, I guess that's the other half of the story then. More reason to steer clear

I didn't know that CF used the class number system... I thought that was just SD.
