I have to say at high ISO the 5DMII looks not too bad compared to the D4.

From the RAW samples, D4 appears to be somewhere in between 1-2 stop improvement over the 5D II. I'd wager 1.5 stop. The 1D X just might be able to take the ISO crown this time around!

Supposedly the D4 has lower than expected read noise at base ISO, though, giving almost an extra stop over the d3s in dynamic range--not as good as the d7000, but still very good improvement, given it is using (as far as I know) the same type of design as Canon, ie, the chip outputs an analog signal.

I downloaded and played with some of the RAW files from imaging resource. Raw Therapee will open them, the colors are pale and it has no profile, but it opens. ISO 3200 looks amazing, so crisp and the noise that is there is so organic lookin'. I bet the 1dx will match or exceed it, tho.
