Three Button Focus Method

I have been using the following method for awhile now when photographing "birds in flight" and decided to write it down and share with those that may not be familiar with it.

This link has been removed.

I believe this will work for all 1D series cameras.
I only have the 1D MKIIn, so I can not speak definitively for the others.

I use this method to quickly obtain focus, then narrow the focus, then take the picture.

Hope it is of some use to others.
