Is the cat supposed the really tiny detail on the doorknob? It's really hard to tell at this resolution and with this framing.

If not there then I don't see a cat.

I see 2 cats; one on either side of the frame. One red and one blue.

The left stands out like the proverbial....
Interesting degradation of the frame.

At Klenová Castle

Entrance to St. Bartholomew's Cathedral in Plzeň. The door on the left leads to the tower, which at 102,26 metres (335ft 6in) is the tallest church tower in the Czech Republic.

How about some multiple ones in the medieval style?
Malbork Knights of the Cross castle.
(little behind the scenes trivia - I had to patiently wait for 35 minutes in this position to catch an empty door with no tourists in them. Very busy place).
