Understood. But if I can shoot a 1Ds 3 with Zeiss for street, you certainly can too. ;) Heck! The Leica M9 is the perfect tool for it. :)

QUOTED IMAGE

Maybe with the 1ds3... But try it with the 7d at 2.8. Cannot be done accurately and reliably. Limitations of the 7d viewfinder. My understanding, the 5d3 viewfinder is like the 7d....not good new for manual focus.

Oh ok. I guess it helps to have good eye sight. I'm nearsighted who wears contacts. :)

Yep, eyes are a pain for me. If I wear glasses, I am constantly taking them off to look at the controls. Contacts, I am constantly putting reading glasses on the read the controls....go figure.

Hope those nasty storms left you alone. Just amazing. I was in your neck of the woods ( well SC ) last August and really enjoyed myself. Nice part of the country...great folk. Takes a little getting used to your weather...but then if you come to my town in January...I am sure you would take a little getting used to the cold.:)

Nice! The storms weren't bad at all. The weather in the south is weird tbh. It can be warm one day and then cold the next day. :)
