Glad to hear it. Take care

Seems like the quake was too deep to cause any serious damage

Glad to hear you are ok...and hopefully not too much damage in Samar and to our kababayan. I just read it and the report is 21 miles deep.

Yeah thanks... Local tv channels were very slow to report the news... GF changed the channel to NHK and they were reporting it like 10 minutes after the quake.

Twitter is awesome

Haha yeah... When I felt it I immediately grabbed my phone and checked the Earthquake alert App... Then checked twitter and there were updates there already within 10minutes or so... But local news reported it like 40minutes to an hour late

Good morning folks.... :D

Not much news here either. 1 reported fatality that's it. I guess that's a good thing tho.

Ok, here are some of my recent pics from around Hilo, Hawaii. I've been playing with HDR software so hopefully you guys like them.

This one is on hwy. 19 crossing the Wailuku bridge going into downtown Hilo.

This is a few small waterfalls on the Wailuku river up about a mile from the 1st picture.

This is down below the waterfalls in pic #2.

The waterfalls is behind me and I'm looking toward Hilo bay.

I'm headed out to take more pics but it's looking like rain but I'll go anyway.
