I am leaving out of LAX next tuesday. Want to shoot my flight? I can have a 580exII in the window to signal you

Don't try to confuse me with the facts, my mind is already made up.

Schipol is awesome, from what I hear. I think LAX is probably the best in America for spotting, but there are other destinations (one being Schipol) that probably shame LAX in this department...

thanks! I love that one, I can't decide if I like the 767 or A330 (no reflections, but bigger moon) better.

Hah, thanks. I actually liked that one because of the symmetry/placement of the pole directly centered on the vertical stab and elevator.

Just gave me an idea. How about I give you a pocketwizard, you light the interior as it takes off

:D Too funny. Yes, it was 5 1/2 years of interesting flying all over the world in those jets, and lots of time on 90003.
Now if I could just get home from these trips to work on some of these photos and post them I would be very happy.

Nice job again at LAX. A very familiar airport, just not able to take photos from the flightline without security asking too many questions. (Well now with the 2x extender arriving today I may be able to get a few closer shots out the door of our jet with my 70-200mm... )
