Yeah the lighting was green for that shot, but I had to do a bunch to that image to get it to come out. That venue has a really nice lighting setup, especially for some place that small, but its mostly LED which I've found messes with my camera at times.

I'm from STL too. The Mad Magician venue just opened this year and I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. This summer I sold my house in the city (only a couple miles down the road) to live full time at a farm an hour outside of town. This makes it harder to get to shows, but I did venture out last weekend to The Gramophone to record my friends from Louisiana, Dirtfoot.

To tie this together with the previous few posts, Dirtfoot opened a bunch of shows for Mike Dillon this year and they got along famously. Mike sat in with Daniel on the vibes rig you see on the left, and several Dirtfoot members joined in during his set...

Last picture completely saved by shooting RAW. Was overexposed by a few stops. Also I wish someone would have told me how terrible my logo looks with that glow. :D
