Never realized how good the bokeh is with that lens as I see it in #2.

BushWacker, I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were, especially the bass player, for such a young lady she could play some pretty hard licks. A mix of original modern country songs and a very eclectic range of covers, including songs by Bob Dylan, Gun n Roses, and I'm pretty sure there was a John Lee Hooker song in there too.

Got to give them credit for their enthusiasm too, coming all the from the USA to play to a crowd of about 50 people, I can think of a few groups who'd not be up for that gig but they looked to really be enjoying it, very very friendly in the aftershow meet up too.

Some friends of mine have a loose association band they call "Nip and Tuck". They are lots of fun, I jam with some of them sometimes. The bass player and drummer are off to the side of the tiny stage at a local Brewhouse pub we all frequent. I played bass with them this night for a few songs and could barely move!!! A good time. The lady bass player is also the bass player in my wife's Led Zep tribute band and the drummer also plays with my house band (literally in my house) on weekends. Both shot with a Canon 5DIV and Canon EF 85mm f1.8 @ISO 2000

I know who they are, they are very good players. My wife plays keys in a Led Zep cover band, I think I have a pic or two on this thread early on.....her band is both guys and gals, all are excellent musicians!!

I also took some with my Sony A6000 with both 30mm and 12mm lenses but didn't post those! It was my first outing with the 85. It did well. It was fun. They want me to play with them again but I guess I won't be taking photos those nights!
