I think it's awkwardly cropped especially when she's wearing a hat.
I would crop parts of the hat and not the top of the head.

I agree with Phil on his points, but I would add that it seems strange to see snow on her but no snow falling in the picture and finally, I'd blur and/or darken the branches to her right to make them less prominent.
