When ordering from B&H or Adorama is it possible to select the shipping carrier? I have had nothing but bad experiences with UPS. FEDEX in my case however has been such a better overall company to deal with.

I want to clarify that this is my personal experience and others may feel just the opposite regarding UPS and FEDEX. I just would like to know if such an option exists because it's a deal breaker for me regarding "Big Brown".

My sister, the professional baker and cake decorator once told me that my camera takes great pics. My reply was that I thought her oven baked great cakes.

Thanks for replying so quickly. I guess I miss that option when ordering. That explains how I get deliveries from both carriers. I will have to be more attentive regarding that option in the future when ordering.

Anyway regarding my last straw with UPS. When I checked on my package today with the tracking info provided when purchased, I saw it was "out for delivery". Which was great since today was the scheduled delivery date. Bad news it was out being delivered somewhere in Kansas. To bad I live in Nebraska. BYE, BYE UPS.

Funny, I prefer UPS. Anything is better than USPS. I don't mind Fedex delivery, I just hate having to ship Fedex. Although that's just because the local Fedex office sux.
