I've been reading about my new lens and just seen a post about people having difficulties with merging pictures into HDR while the shift is in landscape. Why is this?

I use this lens and have never had a problem even with a 10 image HDR merge. I often use both shift and tilt when composing a shot. This is really a sweet lens and for interiors is hard to beat. Just make sure the slides are locked down before you begin a sequence as the shutter can cause the lens to move slightly during a sequence and that will cause blur when merging your images.
