Well I went out and shot a bit today with really crummy results. I think this was the best of the batch. The only changes I made to this photo were a crop and increased the saturation a tad. C&C please.

You didn't get really crummy results, just not anything spectacular. Sometimes that's just the way it goes.

Could be just me, but it looks like it is sloping downwards on the right side. I would probably do more cropping, perhaps cutting out everything that extends to the left and right of the bridge span.

It could be sloping a bit. I had a real difficult time finding the horizon line. I thought about cropping more off the right side but it winds up cutting the "stream" if that's what you want call it off.

I think the mud flats(?) take away from the city shot.
