Oct 25, 2012 09:31 | #363 Peanut, keep up the good work. I know what its like. Was 285 three months ago. Down to 255. Losing about 1-2 lbs a day right now by eating veggies/fruit and lean meat only. When I shoot, I try to bring my tripod/extra gear around so I'm moving more stuff. Anyway keep it up! Its rewarding as hell.

White bread, white rice, potatoes, etc. are perfect examples of ways not to lose weight. 90% of the results are based on what you eat, 10% is in the gym.

When you get the bread, tell them to pull the "fluff" out of it to reduce the carbs. Don't eat cookies/chips and drink water. Force yourself into this and overtime, you won't even notice you're dieting.

Once you step out of the gym, it's reaaaaaaaaaaaal hard to go back. It also sucks that without the gym and some extreme food commitment, my body just reverts back to it's accustomed weight.
