I admire this photographers work and was wondering if anyone knew of any actions or knew how to get this sort of hazy yet still very sharp look? Thanks in advance!

The images you linked to looks to me like the owner put a layer on top and filled it with white and then reduced the opacity to a very low amount. I guess it is an acquired taste as I don't care for it at all but that is what is so great about this medium, there is no right or wrong image.

The internet is filled with sites that offer free and purchasable actions. I did a google search and the results are endless. So you don't have to search, here is where I would start looking:

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

It looks to me like they are just raising the black point. This can be done quite easily with a curves adjustment.

Looks like Sheldon nailed it to me. I do this with a few pics. I'll throw over a solid layer in what ever color I think will go with my mood and dial it way back to just a few percentage points. Then I'll usually do some selective erasing on that layer to show through what ever I want to stand out in the crowd.

Thank you for the replies, I'm going to try the color layer and see how that works for me!
