I am looking for something similar to this. Before ordering this one, I want to see what other alternatives I have. I couldn't find one but if you have seen something similar to this please let me know.
My main purpose will be use this to take a wide angle/fish eye images above the crowd and take lower angle images from a motorcycle. I am thinking using it upside down close to the ground from a motorcycle to take the photos of cycling races.

I just use a cheap monopod and a remote shutter release or put my camera on timer.

A monopod as mentioned is the easiest method of overhead images. Keep gravity in mind and the monopod close to vertical.


Canon 60D,18-55mm,55-250mm,50mm compact macro, AF ext tubes. Sigma 8-16mm uwa, 18-250mm, 85mm F1.4, 150-500mm
