Old eyes missed these Harvey... the detail and light on these are exceptional, but the tone with the companion BG is marvelous... good stuff my friend.

Awfully pretty group of Red-bellied captures Harv.
They show such great personalities through their expressions, and you've captured that extremely well. I really like the coy nature of the 1st capture, but the 2nd and 3rd images are the winners in my book. The 4th image is a great pose, but she looks like she just decided to chill a while.

Very nice Harv. Red-bellies are exceptionally photogenic birds and you have done well by them. I've missed seeing your posts here. Thought maybe you were off at Mosport shooting races but then it is (was?) winter. ;-)a

Hi, Don. Thanks a lot. I've just been plain lazy about posting but will try to make up for my sins. No racing yet. I expect to be back at Mosport and the MX tracks in May and am looking forward to it.

Good to see you back Harvey. Beautiful subject and images! Hope to see more soon.

Thanks a lot. I hope to have more soon. :)

Another super set harv...too bad you sold that lens it does an amazing job!

Thanks a lot. It was a great lens but for me it was redundant. I'm not without glass for shooting birds.

Hey, Dave, I know all about old eyes. I have a pair myself. :) Thanks a lot, my friend.

Yes, she was quite cooperative and seemed to enjoy posing.

Superbly executed and delightful to look at. The first shot brings, "Kilroy was here" to mind.

Thanks a lot, Lil. It's always nice to hear from you. For what it's worth, I remember Kilroy.
