You mean the sport? Hell yeah.... :) All they do is train, sleep, go to work, sleep, and train, and race. The average speed of that race, for the pro 1 and 2 fields, was 33 mph. Genetics play a big part in the sport. Some sports you can train hard and you may become good at it. Cycling is all about the brute endurance level. You can train hard all your life but you will met some 18 year beating your ass with little training because he has the genes for endurance sport.
