I ordered the Leica Rangefinder iphone cover on a Saturday, it arrived that Monday, and after owning it for only a couple of weeks, it broke. It assembles in pieces, so after I was finished weeping and wailing over my broken phone cover, I emailed Benjamin at photojojo.com and told him my so very sad story. I asked if they could send me just that replacement part. They sent me an entire new phone, and didn't even ask me to send the damaged one back, which I would gladly have done! It is so rare to see great customer service, I wanted to give a shout out to these guys. They have THE coolest photo items in the cyber world, and I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business. My next purchase from them will be the UBER cool USB sticks shaped like cameras to give to high end clients who buy the digital file rights. The lens is the part that pops off and you insert into the computer. Photojojo.com rocks! s.
