I like the colors here, but without the title, would never know your subject is a sweets vendor. Following the rule of thirds and placing his head closer to the upper left corner might have made this more apparent, creating an image that tells more of a story.

Yes, if we could see his 'wares' and have the frame moved down to get the bag and his right arm in the shot that would show off his profession better. You did well isolating the subject from his background though.

Too much head room so this composition doesn't work. More colors that should pop in PP. Exposure looks ok, but maybe nudge it a bit.
