Looking inside the viewfinder, it focused correctly and exactly the image you want to take but the output image is out of focus and not exactly what u want

Try sending it into canon if its happening with just one lens cause chances are its front or back focusing. Otherwise if its with every lens somethings probably wrong with the body.

Look inside the viewfinder and make sure that the square AF indicators are as sharp as it gets. Use the little diopter adjustment wheel right next to the eyepiece. Once you get them sharply in focus, then try to focus on a picture the normal way. If you still get OOF photos, then it may be time for more drastic measures.

^yea.. really think that's diopter.. more so if you are manually focusing.. it shouldn't effect AF.

i believe it is happening on both of my lenses. i did the diopter adjustment where i look in the viewfinder it was sharp as heck and when i snap it, it comes a bit blurry/fuzzy. maybe i dont have the correct iso? but i shot back in auto and it still fails on me. i dont have flash but do you think flash will make a bit of difference with AF assist?

here is one pic i took the other day. can u tell me if this is focusing properly

Are you focusing manually or AF?
