Which one has higher risk: bend the pins by constantly remove and insert the CF card or connect USB cable to the camera? I came across a 30D with USB port not working. Now I have a 5D and I keep debating in my head on which way is safer. 6D, 7DII, 1DII, 24-105mm f/4L IS USM, 70-200mm F/4L IS USM, 15-85 IS USM, Sigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art, 600EX-RT

I'm on my 7th dslr and havent bent a pin yet. if you slide the card in gently and only put pressure on once its set in the guides its just not an issue.
