Thanks for the info.....I have been to Seattle, and over to Vancouver, but, should have included that grand park!

My 5D's seem to be able to handle whatever I throw at them. I was hired to photograph a benefit gala. Most shots were taken at 1600 ISO and turned out pretty well.

Another sunrise with the 5D, any suggestions on who I should send this to for cleaning?

Hi everyone! I've been using the 5D classic for about five years. My first full frame camera was the 5D (borrowed from a friend) and I purchased one for myself soon thereafter. I sold my first 5D to "upgrade" to the 1Ds MkII, but soon found it was too hefty for my line of work (weddings and events). I spent a year or so doing video work so I sold my SECOND 5D for a 7D, but after getting back into wedding photography, I of course came back to the 5D classic, so I am now on my third. I REALLY love the IQ - perhaps even prefer it to later iterations of this beautiful camera. The 5D is a workhorse, and since 99.9% of my work is viewed digitally or printed below 12"x18" I have no reason to upgrade at this time!

Perhaps not my best shot, but one of my favorites because the couple are close friends of mine. Shot on the 70-200 f/2.8L MkI:

Nice work with a very nice little lens....it is still an amazing value. If you have someone wishing to get you a gift this season, look at the Canon 40mm pancake lens....like the 50mm, light in weight and big in results....thanks for sharing...Joe

I've never used the pancake, I've seen a lot of images and they seem pretty darn good, I'm leaning towards a fast prime (maybe a 50 1.4 or 35 1.4), I think I'm getting in love with the Full Frame - Fast Prime look :D

I'm loving the 50mm focal distance and the 5D makes the 50 f/1.8 look so damn good
