Just received mine today and will be playing with it in the days to come. One question, Does anybody know where I can get a battery door for it? It came with the BG installed and the door was not stored in the stowage receptacle in the grip. I like the grip with the L lenses but it's kind of burdensome with smaller glass so I would like the option of shooting without the BG in place. I can't post a wanted ad until I have 30 posts. Does Canon still carry this part?

Just search Ebay. There are a bunch of them (around $13-14).

6D, 5D, 7D, 50D, 40D, Xsi, PENTAX mx-1, Sony a6000, Sony a3000 too many lenses, flashes and aux. gear to list!

These little buggers are sure hard to catch on camera when they won't hold still and they're an inch and a half from the front lens element. Spooky too!
