Why? Subsequent models have added features and resolution, but they havent advwmced the ball that far in terms of IQ.

As a tool, the 5Dc is just as viable now as it was when it was new.

The Captain and crew finally got their stuff together, now if we can only remember where we left it.

Thanks guys, glad you like it.
5Dc is certainly still very capable tool IQ wise and for very affordable price, but I was thinking i could sell 5D before Canon stops making spare parts for it in December.
What about you? Are you planning to keep it?

I love it too, it delivers very sharp smooth pictures. No limitations there.
I like 5D series ergonomics, i like the size, grip, wheel and joystick, it fits perfectly in my hands.
6D has great IQ, but i just donĀ“t like control elements layout. It is very different from 5D feel.

I'll keep mine until it dies.

I'll probably buy another one, they're so inexpensive for what they are.

Very best,

Haven't looked here for a while, it's very nice to come back here after being away.

Two of my favourite photos from Liguria Italy:

I intended to sell mine when I purchased my 5D2, but I decided to keep it rather than let it go for the bargain price they were going for used.
