These don't look vegan, and I suppose that was the idea. They are making me hungry, and I suppose that is also the idea.
The first has really good detail of the filling.

Haha, thanks! Yeah jackfruit is really versatile as a meat replacement and has a texture that's a lot like pulled pork. Most people we feed it to can't tell the difference. Glad you liked the photos and they made you hungry, I appreciate the feedback !

She is getting bigger! Thanks for sharing as we are able to watch her growing up.

I introduced my son to the sharpener built in to his crayon box today. He was suitably awed.

In the thread that's dedicated to an "old" tool that still performs, here's a tool that really is old (production on this type dates from 1955-1966) and still performs! Picked it up at an antique store yesterday. If you're in to this sort of thing, it's very obvious that it's in great shape, with only a little bit of dust and some surface rust -

After about an 60-90 minutes of cleaning and sharpening (and after adding a tripod so that I could stop down), this is what she looks like -

Very nice old Miller Falls tool. They were a very useful tool for wood workers. Also, they still work when the lights go out.
