Couple of quick thoughts.

I have 2 flashes, 420EX and 220EX. Noticed the other day with the 420 the flash is not showing up in my pics - I see the flash burst in the view finder but my target is not "flashed". Take off the 420 and put on the 220, presto. Changed the batteries (thinking maybe it was having an effect but no difference.) Any thoughts?

Make sure you didn't changed the flash setting to Not Fire by mistake or something.

No settings change - go from 1 flash to the next, no change.

I used to think I was indecisive,but now I'm not too sure.

I was considering either the 135mm or 200mm 2.8 as an outdoor portrait and tele-landscape lens, then one of the quails fractured her hip and ended up needing a large amount in vet bills. Pets are a cure for the greediest GAS! Most of the family out and about this afternoon (there's actually four under there :-P):
