Not bad at all, and I see you are wringing good images out of yours. :-)

Still working through all of my shots but I think I've found most of my favorites. Whirlwind trip of France and Switzerland in mid-April this year. I typically only end up printing a few of my favorite shots, but I think this trip may deserve to be made into a coffee table book. Shot with 17-40 during the day and a 35/2 at night. Had my 100/2 with me as well but never really used it much. I don't really enjoy changing lenses while traveling but there were times I wished I had a 24-105 but I know I'd be itching for 17 if I mainly shot with that. Doubt I'll ever be happy until I can get a 17-135mm f1.8 :D

A black widow, that I found intriguing. Given the low light conditions (at night), with only a porch light for available lighting, I was impressed what this combo could do (5D & the 100mm f/2.8 L Macro).

My Canon 5D, with the 28-105 f/3.5-4.5, taking a photo of my other 5D with the 50mm L I was able to buy for $220 (having to replace the AF motor).

When and how did you replace the AF motor? My 6d is for sale, and my 5d still needs the AF fixed. Lol.

I am replacing the AF motor gear in the 50mm L. Not hard to do by yourself, and I got a heck of a deal on this lens! The lens was $220.. I bought the 5D (which works fine, has had the mirror fix) for $260.

Oh, I thought you were talking about the AF in the camera. Thanks.
