The first one is really cool, but it is blown out like crazy. That's really unfortunate. Also, the blue in the sky is really uneven. The second one looks a bit out of focus, and you have a curved horizon line. But at least the sky isn't blown out!
One recommendation I can give you is that when you shoot panoramics with moving water in them, you should do a longer exposure do smooth out the water, thus eliminating a lot of the stitching errors (like in the first shot with the same wave breaking in 3 separate places, and the second shot on the left side where the wave is breaking). I think the first location has much more potential than location two. Are those taken from Kihei by chance?
