This jumps around in price sometimes hourly but currently it is $10.16 which is as cheap as I've ever seen them. Read the reviews. I have several and they perform flawlessly! They are clones of the Canon LP-E6 in every way except price!
Free shipping, No tax! Does it get any better?:D

I have had a pair of these Maximal's for a long time now and they perform exactly like the OEM Canon batteries I have. This is a great deal for someone in need of batteries. Nice find, OP!

I've purchased at least four of these over the past year at prices ranging from $18.00 to $11.00 and now the present price....all from Amazon or via Amazon. These batteries are outstanding and do report just like Canon including registration of serial # to your 7D.
Based on the great experiences I've had with these I've purchased their batteries for all the point N shoots in our household. All have been great values including a 4.80 NB-6L for our S95.

I wanted to draw this to POTN members attention because I've benefited so much from others advice here.

Thanks for the tips. Even if it's not quite as good as Canon's, I feel pretty good about spending 1/3 of the money to get two of them versus one Canon.

Based on reviews it appears to vary (battery life). I am guessing the QC is not the best, so you will get a large tolerance in performance. Some say they last as long, some longer and some shorter (or much shorter). So I guess it all depends.

Be good to have as an emergency backup though. I generally never needed more then 2 batteries since I always have the other charged and ready to go, but it will be nice to have.

I have one of these and it works great. Charges on OEM charger and reports on 7d. Lasts a little less than my OEM battery but better than a Sterlingtek I have (for which I paid more).

No doubt these are prices well, as a back up they are great. I paid over 25-30 dollars a year back.
