RRS BH-25 or BH-30 for Table Top Tripods??

I just found that I had a similar question last year. Never resolved my question. So now I'm back at it!
I want a RRS ballhead with a clamp to use with my small, tabletop tripods.
I currently have an old Leica table top tripod and a Gorillapod.
I'm thinking the BH-25 "looks" like the right fit and that the BH-30 may be overkill?? But, on the other hand, I like the rotation feature of the BH-30 and, of course, the additional stability.
I wrote to RRS and they suggested the BH-30.
Anyone have any experience with either setup?
(I currently use the RRS BH-40 on my "regular" tripod.)

What legs are you planning on using it on?

The Leica tabletop tripod has legs as does the Gorillapod. I use them both effectively now as they are. Just trying to take advantage of the clamp and L-bracket on my camera.
