I noticed that as well, you can just switch to the L instead or any lens you want.

Knowing which is better depends on what you mean by better... It could be overall IQ, sharpness, color, contrast, build quality, reach, etc.

As sebr said, just switch the link that xhack sent to the correct 70-300: here (external link)

I set it at f/5.6 and played with a few focal lengths, and in those few cases, the 70-200 seemed the clear winner. but you can try it out at length.

i bought the EF 70-300L
in my country about more than 2,150 $ :(
and in USA i think less in price its about $1,599 on canon web site

this lens is nice with the 5D 2
