No. We're wondering why Nikon sucks so much.

I just ate an apple :D

Now I'm trying to pick out a USB3 card reader for my CF collection. I have a cheapo usb2 card reader, and not only is it slow: the connection is finicky, and if I don't get the cable situated just right, all hell breaks loose. Upgraded to a nice new laptop with USB3, so it's time to make the switch.

Nikon's D800 bit:

Hold in your hands an HD-SLR able to capture images rivaled only by those produced with a medium-format camera: extremely low noise, incredible dynamic range and the most faithful colors.

I find it interesting that they are specifically marketing it as a high-DR camera. Can't wait for DXO to finish their review!

e-ink is totally superior for the purpose of reading. Superior battery life too.

Absolutely love my Kindle! :)

I like to push buttons on thingies that take pictures. Sometimes I like to push other buttons, too.
I only bite on the second Tuesday of every week, usually only mean people - they kinda taste like chicken...

Actually you can "highlight" and put notes, etc., but you don't see screen change color, etc.

I've highlighted passages on my Kindle a few times. :)

Hi Tony, how are things there?

I got a chance to go to the flower field. Early in the season but still had some blooms.
