I agree... But Nikon doesn't have a practical FF body that I would like to use every day on a non professional and professional basis..... The D800 is amazing camera but not practical for me.... Im not going to want 36mp on a every day bases for pictures of my kids (thats going to be alot of import time wasted and storage space) and not going to run a DX format and loose sensor if I paid for a FF..... and Video is a must now after talking with my wife.... so D700 is out....and the Dx bodies are out of my price range

Sounds like you'd be better off going Canon. :p

D7k.... or D400 is it get announce or starts getting more talk.... the D300s is nice but video/sound quality is better... I prefer the size of the D300s but D7k from what i read is better in IQ and video sense

Good choice. TS's are more fun, downside is you don't get nearly as much light.
