If you had a longer lens we could have seen the 3 lightning bolts better I totally agree..... but if you had a longer lens we would not have been able to see the magnificent lighting above the clouds!

I love it just the way it is!!!!!

Finally got through my set from last weekend... can't wait for more storms!

Some recent weather shots ...

1. First one is a composite of 9 shots with the 40mm Pancake

^ Composite of 9 separate lightning images, all long exposures with 6D and 40mm pancake. I've blended the most dramatic sky and many of the lightning bolts into this one image. There are also light trails from an airplane above, and from several boats in the water below.

2. 6D + TS-E 17, brought out the sky quite a bit in this one, "Crazy Sky"
