How do I turn it on? Have read through the manual and can't figure out how to turn this on so I can utilize it.

Hold down the Zoom button for 2 seconds, and turn on the Master mode. Then, push the Zoom button a couple of times to cycle through the options. Eventually, Ratio will pop up. From there, turn it on and set your ratios.
