Cyclamen buds. I've included a 3-D shot for those that can view it (it is good). Didn't realise they have "eyes".

I like the single shot the best, very sharp, wonderful composition and excellent colors. Great job on this one.

I actually only took this for a 3-D shot- It really is wonderful in 3-D- the DOF is about 4cms (focus stacking again) and you can really see the relationship of the buds. Was only after I did the 3-D shot that I thought it didn't look bad for a 2D shot. Pity most of you do not seem able to visualise these (must be an intelligent bunch )
It's an ornamental cyclamen in my cool greenhouse (I just maintain the temp above 5'C in the winter)- they always flower around Christmas time. These and Poinsettias (how do you spell that?) make up about 100% of Christmas plant sales here in the UK.

I actually thought the 2-D shot looked a bit of a mess- but the 3-D really sorts it out.

I think this one was a good example of 3-D - helps sort out all those stems. 3-D shots seem to need different rules re composition.

To be effective a stereo needs layers of depth as this example shows. Lovely shot, Brian.
