I created these posters for the local HS football team, and would like to see what others on this forum think.

Thanks for your input:

I like these alot. Good concept, composition and execution. I'm not wild about the font but a these are nice. Kind of remind me of some football cards from years past.

I think they're great! Our team would love something like this.

1) Problem with the gap between the two heads

3) The name(because its white text) kind of blends with the jersey

Other than that, I am sure they'd love them.

First of all, very cool, I love them all. I also like the font. Leave it.

The only thing that bugs me a little is the outline of the field at the bottom of each picture, where it quickly fades out to black (for lack of a better way of describing it). However, I'm not sure what I would do differently, as it adds a nice touch to the whole thing.

Like the last the best... nice work. My brother in-law does these as well... I have no skills in this respect. Keep it up, looks nice.

Nice job! An excellent use of color over duotone. I would suggest using a clearer font for the player's name/number or maybe pull in the tracking a little. Here's a forum thread I just posted my team posters on...

Very nice. I also like the font for this particular project.

These are vvery cool. I know that they would have been a hit with my Highschool team. I did notice though that you have QB Mark Wolan as being #3 but in the pictures the player is wearing #16. Just wanted you o be aware in case you got the number wrong. BUt great job.

Thanks all for the comments.
ewaters70, yeah Mark's number is 3 but he had to wear #16 this year due to his jersey ripping - he'll have #3 back next year with new uniforms.
The font, for those wishing to know, is "1942 Report"
DwightMcCann, the largest amount of work was in creating the template; once the template was created, cutting out the picture that is on the top layer became the most tedious aspect of these.

Now it's time to get ready for Hockey, Girl's Volleyball, Boy's Basketball, and Wrestling...

I like these. My only comment is on the coach's shirt in number 1, I think it needs to be smoothed out more along the cutout on his back. Nitpicky, maybe but it is noticeable.
