Not sure if we're allowed to post this here, and my apologies if I'm not...great deal on a card from Buy.com (the same card is $29.02 at Amazon). Here's the link:

Are you certain this is a reputable company? Two issues I have is...

1. If you try to ge to http://ak.buy.com (external link) all you get is some server. (BuyServices Image Server)
2. Sandisk cards purchased from unreliable sources are often counterfeit.

I ordered one this morning, and I've bought several items from Buy.com in the past year.

Not a thing wrong with "Buy.com" but you have "ak.buy.com" as your URL. Also, buy.com shows the Sandisk Ultra 16gb at 15 MB/s and a class 4 priced at $28 and available.

The Ultra you picture as 16GB Class 10 is shown as "Currently Unavailable." See http://www.buy.com …emory-card/228691890.html (external link).

Are you getting what you think you are getting?

Yep, it's the 30MB/sec card. I believe the 'ak' is just their image hosting site, the link is direct to buy.com. I even went straight to the site (without linking) and the deal was there, although dead at that time. Glad to see it's back up!

LOL...Buy.com is huge....been around for many years. No worries here. I've bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them. The internet is scary, but not that scary!

Supposedly buy.com is also an authorized sandisk reseller as well. Just picked up one. Thanks OP!

Any one potentially interested in this card might as well buy the 32GB version for $34.95 http://www.buy.com …emory-card/228691889.html (external link)

Meh....you save $2 or so over buying 2 16s and with 2 16s I can use one in each of 2 devices. Can't do that with a single card. :)

I stick with the 8 gb cards so if and when I have a card failure I'll limit the # of images I might lose. I don't shoot video so for me a 32 gb card is just asking for trouble even if they are sandisk
