Looks like a good offer there are some reviews (not very good ones) on the web. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you did choose to buy it I would go with paypal. That way you can dispute it and have a better chance of getting your money back.

it says they're a licensed Adobe reseller, that's the only reason why I thought about it more than I usually would.

Downloadable software:
The Download Link and the Product Key will be send to your register email in 24 hours after purchase,if you have any question please contact us.
genuine verification:
Products will allow for telephone tech support directly from Adobe .and Support Official Adobe verification

So much fail in those few sentences. Probably a student/teacher version. They may even have you call them after ordering and tell you if you don't have a student ID that you'll have to buy the full version. Sounds just like the cheap camera scams.

I would not go with them. When their contact page has a gmail address and a phone number only, and does not give any info concerning address for official correspondence, I would be a bit on the nervous side. I put money this someone with a slick web store front only and

They are probably just giving you a generated serial # (as in not valid) to use with the Adobe trail software you can download from Adobe.

Yeah, I would be skeptical of this. Checked some of the other products, and they have LR3 listed for $46.60. I'm sure you could clear this up w/a call to Adobe.

/edit

Some other stuff looks shaky as well. CS5 Master Suite for $699? Also, if you click the Adobe logo on their page, it takes you to their (offcialsoft) home page, rather than Adobe's home page.

Actually called Adobe and asked. This place is ABSOLUTELY NOT an authorized Adobe retailer. Don't give them a dime!

According to Whois they are registered out of Greece. To many red flags for me. I wouldn't do it.

Just one other note, per the person at Adobe Customer Service, the only place that you can purchase and download the software from is Adobe. If you buy it from anyone else that's an authorized Adobe reseller, you get hard media.
