Good set, the backdrop needs cleaning up imo as you said.
In the first few, I think the kicker is a little too strong...

I also think the black background is the best. It really draws your eye straight to the dancer.

The las 2 are the best. The rest though, the lighting seems too flat.

Nice shots, I like the black background also. They all are very nice.

Nice set. That said, if I was to get nit-picky, I'd blow out the white linen backdrop as it has a few too many shadows that are distracting (especially in 3.). I might whiten the teeth a little, depending on the goal of the pictures. I'd ensure that the invisible bra in 2. stayed invisible. Similarly the loose thread on the arm guards (?) in 3. and 4. PS can correct that after the fact too. I'd maybe look at a few 3/4 poses to show off the girls tiny waist - the full on shots make her trunk look a little solid - maybe it's the lighting making it look a little flat, not sure. Maybe the first shot with the black background needs a little color correction, the arms look very white. As I said, nit-picking but just a few considerations to take or leave. No offense meant, please take them with the intent given.

The ones on the black background are the best. The subject is missing parts of her body on the ones with the white sheet.

Here's a picture of the costume, and the way it's designed and sits.
I really don't see anything inappropriate in it.
All poses were directed and performed by her without intervention from me or her mom and dad, sitting right there with us in their garage.

She's a competition dancer on the same dance team at my daughter. The studio is very conservative compared to other more risque studios we compete against.

BTW, her dad has those big shears in his hand because she had a stray thread and it was the only thing he could find close by to cut it off LOL!!!
