^^^ Yeah that's monstrous both in size and price. I haven't decided how much I want to spend on this purchase yet but it's slowly becoming one of my favorite genres.

Exporting 1000's of images makes me cringe. I really hope adobe can get the speed up on this program, at this point I think it is kind of a joke. BTW, with the reports that RC2 was even slower I have chosen to not push my luck and wait for the next update. In LR4, RC2, I had about 900 images that I didn't convert to DNG, just kept as CR2 in Lightroom. To export those as jpgs for the web (800 px) took over 12 hours. I had another 900 that were converted to DNG and they took about 3 hours. When I tested exporting just one file, the CR2 took 46 seconds and the DNG took 30.

idsurfer Cream of the Crop More info | May 15, 2012 10:08 | #5677 Man, this is a heavy crop of a similar shot posted the other day...I usually try not to crop too much but I think it really retains the detail! Again, flicrk seems to make it look a bit over sharpened. Any suggestions? It looks smoother on my monitor. Cory

That 35L is uh-maze-ing... this was a tough one though.. her skin is so fare that it was reflecting the green of the grass a lot... worked a lot with curves and masking on her skin..
