I hope this is the correct place to post this question. I have never used paypal and understand the idea that they insure the person sending the merchandise gets paid. How the heck does the person buying the merchandise know he will get it and what happens if you don't?

If you are on eBay, watch the seller rating; honest sellers will usually have a really good percentage (like 100% positive reviews) if on another site that you are unsure about, do searches on Google "whatevernamecamera scam" and if it never arrives, you can file a claim with PayPal.

I wonder if the video editors on The Titanic ever went, "Sorry, I can't right now. I'm busy synching the Titanic..."

paypal has good protection for the buyer, if what you paid for doesn't arrive you file a claim and get your money back.

If you send an item get a tracking number, no proof mans someone could scam you and claim they never received it.

If you buy an item never ever use gift option cause there is no refunds period for gifts.
