Just wondering. Is it possible to put the stickies at the bottom of the page, as opposed to the top? Good or bad idea?

Good or bad idea? Its not an option the software provides and it is pointless to have them at the bottom since the purpose of them is that they are noticed by members. Do you ever get rid of a sticky? If not, then there will come a time when the entire first page is nothing but stickies. Would that be a sticky situation?
