Cedar Waxwings

A few shots of some waxwings, I haven't seen these around here that often, and especially on a day when I have my camera and some decent light...

Very nice color, clarity, and composition. A pretty bird.

Nice combination: good bird, great light, and an artist.

Excellent images, Alex. We don't see them every year and when we do, it is typically for just a couple days.

They are a very handsome bird Alex, and you've made some dandy captures.
I really like the 1st image with the singular perch and the red berries highlighting the background. The 2nd is nice too with the pair "having lunch" together. On my monitor, it looks as if the 3rd image could be made a hair brighter overall. I think the shadow under the bird makes it seem a little dark, but the bird could be brighter too. I'm thinking something along the lines of .25-.5 stop in PS or equivalent. See what you think.

Second shot is a BEAUTY! They all are nice but the second one...WINNER!!
