Can I ask why you would need to convert the MOV files?

MOV is the container. The video is in h.264, which is a frame-compression algorithm. You need software that can render the h.265 video from the MOV (or any other) container. The software mentioned by others should work (on Macs iMovie and Final Cut can do it natively).

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

Adobe Premiere Elements is the best for a consumer use. It is kind of expensive for amateurs, but with it there is not much limits if you really want to focus on video shooting and editing. And after you reach the level when Elements is just not enough it is very easy to upgrade to the Pro version of Premiere. I really recommend you download the trial version of the Elements.
