I'd decrease the exposure by a stop if I was the photog. Just personal preference, but I'd try to enhance the idea that the light from the welder is the only light available.

But as Rick said, this has wonderful colours.

yeah, dropping the exposure a stop or two could create a lot more drama (or should i say atmosphere) in this shot.

Be careful with that bright light. You can damage a sensor.
