Are these good cards? I've never used Lexar, and the reviews are mostly favorable. Anyone?

I have switched to Lexar Professional 400x cards, but if you don't need the speed these cards will work just fine. I don't do 30-40 clicks at a time, just maybe 6-8 or less.

I don't do 30-40 clicks at a time, just maybe 6-8 or less. I'm guessing 1D series camera have pretty large buffers, so 6-8 RAWs should be ok. Unless you need the cards now I'd probably wait and see if there's a sale on 400x cards. I picked up a pack of two 16GB Lexar 400x cards for $85 and two 32GB Lexar 400x cards for $125 @ Adorama towards the end of last year. Running out of buffer space was never an issue for me, but I figured if the price of 200x cards and 400x cards is pretty close I might as well get the faster cards just to reduce the time it takes to copy files over to my PC.
