Does anyone else have problems with their cord that connects to the wireless receiver. For me the cord is just incredibly loose and any slight movement will cause it to slip out. Do I have a bad cord or is this just a common issue?

Try a gentle sqeeze of the cable end, deforming it slightly out of round might make it slightly more secure.
