Which one do I get Oloneo $59.00, Photomatix $99.00, NIK HDR Efex Pro $ 50.84 or Lightroom 4 I know its not HDR

First, if you're a student of some kind, teacher, or class clown you're most likely eligible for a
75% discount on Photomatix.

Their web page should have the details, and if not they will email you their prices.

Always ask for discounts. Publishers rarely don't offer them.

Oh, and there's an HDR section here. The king of kings is Vmlopes. He's really sick in the head, and British, which is a very dangerous combination that is very helpful in successfully managing HDR in abandoned crazy trains.
